To qualify, applicants must be Tuscola High School graduates with a family legacy at the school, maintain strong attendance and academics, and provide all required documents, including proof of higher‑education enrollment and a complete application.  

Being selected as a scholarship winner signifies that a student not only meets these standards but also demonstrates the drive, character, and dedication worthy of representing the Tuscola tradition.
